All our orders are sent by recorded delivery, however if you require an urgent delivery we use a next day courier service (at a small additional charge).

Orders sent outside the UK will be delivered by an International courier service (charges may vary, please ask us for a quote).

We will send you an email to confirm when your goods have been despatched.

Please ensure your order is sent to an address where someone will be able to sign for it. If you are not going to be at home, we suggest you use an alternative address.

Should nobody be available to sign for your order, a card will be left with the contact details regarding redelivery.
